Letting Go – How To Do It
“Hi Conrad,
During my search for personal growth, I learned to
vividly visualise the thing you would like to see
happen in your life, and then let it go.
Visualizing and vividly imagining goes very well.
The letting go only sometimes. The strange thing is
that these things really come to you.
Only the letting go can sometimes be so hard.
You want something so much, that it gets blocked
or something.
What can I do in order to let go more easy?
Are there certain techniques which make it more easy?
Isabelle”
Let turn things around first…
clinging to something, holding on.
Take a pen and hold it in your fist…
now squeeze that fist, really really tight,
and don’t let go of the pen.
Notice what happens.
The muscles from your hand tense and cramp up,
and soon the muscles of your arm follow.
A lot of focus goes towards the fist.
Plenty of energy gets stuck into it.
And than, you just let go of the pen, drop it.
Again, notice what happens…
This is how you let go.
It is just an action of the will.
A mental decission to let go.
Now, the stronger your will, the stronger your level
of mental focus, the easier it becomes to let go.
Learn how to increase your mind power
The other thing is why letting go can be challenging
in some cases.
Manifesting or using the law of attraction is
like baking a cake.
You mix together all the ingredients,
place them in a form and then in the oven.
If you would open the oven every minute and
pinch some holes in your cake with a fork, to check
if it is ready or not…
the cake can never really become what it should be.
The same holds true when you want to “attract” something
by visualising.
In this case you you are charging a specific form at the etheric
level with your thoughts and intention.
When you keep changing it or keep thinking
about it, it cannot develop.
This doesn’t mean though that you shouldn’t
check sometimes if the desired thing is manifesting
or not, so you can adjust things as needed…
as well as that you need to stay open and alert to
notice effects of your visualization in your daily
you might have to act on.
Another point about mentally letting go,
is that the things which people cling to, tend to
be related to a state which is often anything but
neutral to the desired outcome.
This has the opposite effect.
Want to learn how you can have more mental
focus, so that you can control your intentions
more easy and project them more powerfully?
That is what you can learn here
An In The Body Experience Before An Out Of Body Experience
Regularly I see questions coming in about
out of body experiences or astral travel…
most often out of curiosity.
It seems cool for people to experience something like that.
On the other hand there are some people who think they can
find solutions there for the current problems in their lives.
In other words, there is a problem or challenge…
and they search the solution so far outside of themselves
… that they even think they need to go out of their body!
Yet in order to safely and accurately use astral projections,
one needs a solid foundation and insight in how the mind
operates.
Since with out of body experiences a lot of the elements that
make up your reality are being challenged.
Often people don’t think about the consequences of being
confronted with questions, as a result of astral travel, like:
360 degrees sight,
interaction with non human life forms,
experiencing future events,
possessions by entities, etc.
All things making life more complex, not easier.
Because of this it is essential to first have a proper
awareness of and familiarity with one’s own body.
First explore and learn how to work with what is
present here and now, for you in order to get your
life in order or optimised…
in (through) your body
after that you can go beyond that and further
explore the nature of reality and consciousness…
out of your body too (if you want)
In Greater Human Potential I can advise the following steps
for people who are really serious about this:
1. The Zensation Manual:
In order to build the basics, obtain emotional balance and
insight in the underlying elements.
2. Ultra Dynamic Mind:
To bring your life in order and to learn through
practical experience about the structure of time
and space, being connected with other consciousness
and especially in order to learn how to gather information
from other levels of consciousness.
3. Ancient Secrets Of Mind Control, Concentration and Energy Cultivation:
In order to enhance the power of the mind, focus, so you can easily
navigate away if you would end up in an unpleasant situation out of the
body.
Also in order to build a protective layer of the type of energy
that keeps negative spirits at bay and stops them from entering
your physical body while you are out.
Also to increase your energy level, so you can detach the
energetic body easily from the physical body.
More information on all of these courses can be
obtained in the shop at the top of this blog.
I will provide more practical training for out of body
experiences or astral travel, later this year.
The Pareto Principle For Effective Evolution
The Pareto principle says that things are
divided by a 80-20 key.
For example that 80% of the pollution is being
caused by 20% of the industry…
or that 80% of the profits from a company
come from 20% of its activities…
by knowing this you can act more effective,
namely by spending relatively more time and
resources on that 20% which delivers 80% of the
results.
Of course the number 80-20 is a generalization,
not containing any universal law.
The human mind just likes these.
Yet, the underlaying principle is important:
the largest part of your results stems from a
small portion of your efforts.
When you can isolate that small portion, be it
20, 30 of 15 %, and do more of that, it allows
you to be much more effective.
If 80% of the results of your healing comes from
20% of your treatment….
or 80% of the result of your coaching session from
20% of that session…
or what if 80% of your spiritual growth stems from
20% of your actions?
Doesn’t it seem useful to know the part that has the
most effect?
This is the reason why I, in studying systems
for activating the human potential, try to find
the underlying effective part.
I search for the 20% which delivers 80% of the results.
This means you could spent 100% of your training time
on the 20% that causes the results…
instead of spending only 20% of that time on
that 20%.
The Zensation Manual is such an analysis of the
underlaying most effective elements.

In other courses I go more in depth about
all the different elements.
Where in your live do you recognize this
80-20 rule?
Demonstration Of Supernatural Powers Or Paranormal Powers
In this video you can see the spiritual master
who tested my energetic cultivation about 2
years ago.
He confirmed that the training I had been refining
over the years, does indeed increase the energetic
potential, and gave some tips on how I could
improve it some more.
In this selection from a tv interview, you can
see how he burns a hole through a piece of paper.
I have experienced his energy myself and can
guarantee you that what you see below is real.
How To Develop Psychic Powers Or Supernatural Powers
Every system for spiritual growth that actualy provides
spiritual development will provide the practitioner with the
potential of supernormal powers.
Spiritual development follows
definite steps, stages. Along its path, whatever
medthod is used to walk it, the potential to use
psychic powers becomes available.
Not every system actually makes use of them though,
but if it is really providing spiritual growth it does
also brings the potential of psychic powers.
The two are part of the same thing.
Also having the ABILITY, the potential, to use them,
doesn’t mean one also knows HOW to actually use them.
So what are the different sources of psychic powers?
1) Devotion:
Pure devotion can cause a person to progress on
the spiritual path.
Why then doesn’t every religious
person have the ability to use psyschic powers?
Because of the word ‘pure’.
It is about focus.
But it lacks insight and as a tool for developing
psychic powers it is not practical, mainly because
it is not clear to a practioner what are the exact
elements that activate them.
2) Substances
By taking drugs, perception can be altered.
Some of them allow access to deeper layers
of the subconscious and higeher realms.
Many shamans are using natural substances
for this goal.
But the problem lays in the fact that perception
is altered. It is not lucid and therefore doesn’t
allows for a full understanding and higher
mastery over reality to arise.
It is limited to some powers related to perception.
One who can gain mastery over his mind
can change perception at will and with full
conscious control.
3) Energy
By raising the energetic potential of the body
one can gain access to supernormal powers.
There are different ways to raise energy and they
are not all equal.
Not every method for raising energy can
allow one to reach the same level or the same
energetic potential.
Many energy arts out there actually don’t
raise your energetic potential, they increase your
sensitivity to energy and provide you with the
illusion of increased energy levels.
4) Mind
Different techniques inlovling the mind or
consciousness can allow one to reach
different stages of development.
Things like hypnosis, meditation, visualizing.
They are not all equal in their quality
neither.
For instance a trance state created by
ever repeating monotome beats on
a drum, can create altered states
of consciousness, but seldom does
so with full mental clarity and
capacity. Hence it is limited
in the type and level of powers it
allows you to achieve.
Different types of meditation
provide possible access to different
stages. It is important to know
up till what stage of the spiritual
process a certain technique can
take you.
Once that point is reached
one has to change to another method
which allows for a higher level of
spiritual attainment to be reached.
5) Past lifes and karma
These two can allow for the development
for certain supernatural powers.
But in this case they are just there,
often becoming clear during childhood.
They, on their own, not allow for further
development of other powers or insight in
the underlaying principles so that furteher
develepment is possible.

Why You Can’t Control Your Fear With Your Thoughts
Fear is a physiological reaction
in the body.
By studying how the process
works, you can also learn how
to control it.
Because sometimes it is
necessary to adjust it.
Namely when fear is no longer
a useful survival strategy, but
instead limits you from reaching
your goals or full potential.
Fear and all physical reactions
that come along with it (sweating,
hormones, heart rate, etc) are
activated lightening fast by the
amygdala, in the middle of the
brain.
The signals that it sends out in
order to activate all the fear
related processes in the body,
don’t pass through the cortex.
So the whole process happens
outside conscious awareness,
even before you think about it.
Trying to deal with fear through
rationalizing and logical thought,
is totally ineffective.
Yet I see a lot of personal development
gurus doing exactly that…
using rational thinking processes.
But they ‘forget’ that during their
show, the audience is brought into
an elevated emotional state.
After the performance the state
changes and with it the temporary
control over fear.
So people are once again stuck
with their same problem.
Fear needs to be dealt with
at the level of the active
elements in the operation.
And when you do that, it
can go fast…
really fast…
sometimes mere seconds
are already enough to master
fear…
… a couple of minutes enough
to make fears totally disappear.
So how do you do it?
P.s. You will find out how I was
able to permanently get rid of
someone’s fear of speaking in
front of an audience… here
Going With The Flow For Rapid Spiritual Decline
An interesting question from a subscriber:
“Dear Conrad,
My question is how you can be at two different places at the same
time with your consciousness. eg driving the car I see everything,
yet still I’m somewhere else. (how can I best be at 1 place?)
Another question people say you should go with the flow and take
things as they come.
I have whiplash and have to pull heavy beds at my work,
which hurts me a lot.
How do I deal with that, if I don’t want to do it does that
mean I go against the flow?
And how do you stand up for yourself without going against
the flow, that I don’t understand?
Can you explain it to me?
Your newsletters are very interesting, I learn a lot from them too.
Greetings Waheeda”
Dear Waheerda,
What you mention about the conscious awareness being
split, is an important realization and question.
In most people their awareness is on many more than
just two places.
Wherever attention goes, energy follows. That means
their energies are all over the place too.
In modern society there is the habit of multi tasking,
and there are many external things demanding our
attention at the same time.
The management of attention becomes thus hyper
important.
Many very successful people know the value of focused
attention.
It can be compared to the rays of light emitted by a light
bulb, which go in all directions…
versus those of a laser, which are highly concentrated and
can burn through metal.
The same is true for the power of the mind.
If it is scattered all over the place, it has no power.
If you concentrate it, amazing powers become available.
So then, how can you be in one place?
This is the essence of mindfulness. Placing the conscious
awareness in a single moment or action.
First you use your awareness to notice this scattered
attention.
Next, you use your will to take control over it.
One of the easiest way to do that is start noticing
your breath.
Count how long you inhale…
counting how long you exhale.
When you do that, you will notice right away that
your conscious awareness comes back in to focus.
For your other question…
You can already see the answer in what I
wrote above…
This whole concept of going with the flow, is
something stemming from a hippy flower power
type of spirituality.
A type of spirituality more concerned with
hugy feelings than with actual real world results.
You notice in what I wrote above, that it takes
conscious, voluntary action… control, to grab the
mind and pull awareness together… out of that
scattered state.
If you are driving a car and a horse jumps on to
the road… or a reindeer… I believe it is the season
for it now…
… will you go with the flow and keep driving your
same speed and in the same lane?
Or would you take control, hit the brake and
adjust your lane?
Going with the flow is about not
having frustrations, negative emotions
about the outcomes of your actions
or about things that happen in live.
It is about not being attached to the
lane you were driving in and not having
frustrations when you need to adjust it
in order to optimize your path.
If you want to bring your mental focus
to monk like levels …
and build up enough psychic energy
to fuel real world magic and psychic
powers…

Mental Protection Through Mind Power
I was sitting outside, doing some work with
the laptop…
when a group of wild dogs approached me.
I don’t know if you ever been surrounded
by a dozen wild dogs…
while sitting down and with no one around…
So I decided to just sit very quietly.
Mentally I went over all of my options.
Running away? If I would run, I would
have some of them following me for
sure.
Walking away slowly… in that case
they would be in my back.
While I was going over my options,
they kept coming closer.
I made a small movement, and that was
enough for one of them to start barking.
I had eye contact with what seemed to be
the leader of the pack.
Stay calm and don’t move, I thought to myself.
Ok, my body… not so practical at the moment…
My mind?
I tried to go into my subconscious…
which requieres that you turn your
attention more inward…
a bit hard with the pack of dogs approaching
and keeping my attention outward too.
Or not?
I came to the conclusion I should surrender,
it was one or the other.
And suddenly I recognized the shift
in perception when you consciously
enter the subconscious, alpha,
combined with an increased inner
awareness.
In that state I visualized the dogs
leaving to the right side of the
open area.
Slowly they started heading
away towards that right side.
Except… the biggest one…
who seemed to be their leader…
I decided to become one with the dog
… and I experienced how it would be
to walk away…
as being the dog.
The dog moved his head in that direction…
but I noticed it and became conscious of that,
which cut the connection.
The dog turned back.
I established the contact once more
and experienced how it would be
to walk away as being that dog.
The dog walked away in the direction
I ‘suggested’ to him… and his gang members
followed him from the edge of the area where
they had been waiting for it.
Relieved I got up and left the area
and went back inside… where I’m
typing this post.
You can do lots of useful things
when you learn to control your mind
and mind power.
You learn exactly how to do that in
Ultra Dynamic Mind (click here to learn all about it)
P.s Another time I might tell you how to use
energy for protection.

Thai Adventures
Loi Krathong festival, each 12th month of the lunar calender in Thailand. In Bali and Thailand people follow a lunar calender. Smal boats beautifully decorated with flowers, incense, candles and such are put into the water. Traditionally this was done tho honor the Buddha and the godess of the water.
Thousand of people are participating in a cleansing ritual by making offerings to the energy or spirits of the water, with the small boats with candles, accompanying it with the intent of getting rid of something negative in their lives. People have the intent to let their anger, grudges or other negative sentiments flow away, out of their lives.

People are paying respect to the spirit which belongs to the area of this University.
This says a lot and shows how different cultural soils can lead to another type of development.
There is a spirit linked to this university and people are expected to pay respect to it before they start their studies there.
This ghost is specif to this university, not to universities in general. In this case it is the spirit of someone who also possessed magic powers through occult sciences.
This tells a lot… when a university links a spirit to its institution. Such a center of academic activities, showing this openly its acceptance of things from the non physical reality. Not like a patron saint who once was, but like a ghost who is still there…

A statue of the Buddha, with in front of it a statue of the figure with magical powers, who is linked to the area of this university.
Offerings for the spirit.
People who can communicate with spirits, can perceive what types of things a specific ghost likes to feed on. That would then be offered to it. This particular spirit likes sweet drinks. You can see the soft drinks an coconuts.
Sometimes ghost can make deals in which the promise something specific if they receive something they ask for.
Other times they would just inform sensitive people about what sort of things they would like for offerings.
I was in Bali, just after the second bomb had exploded there, a few years ago. In a rather remote temple I met some police sitting there. They said the spirit residing there would give the names of the people who where responsible if they would guard his sword, laying in that temple, during three nights. And sure, after three days a woman went into a trance during which she was temporarily possessed by the spirit, who gave the names through her.

This is a statue of the guy linked to this university. In a lot of Eastern countries a statue is considered to have a soul or to be a link to the soul which is represented by the statue.
Loads of statues…
In this room people would shake sticks with numbers on them until one fell to the floor. Next they would look up the meaning of the number on the stick.

The spirit residing here, also likes music and dance. Someone who gained success after finishing his studies and after he succeeded in or gained what he asked this spirit for… he thanks it by having a big band perform traditional songs and dances. All people can attend the performance for free.
What Is The Benefit Of Spiritual Growth Or Personal Development?
I received this reaction in my mailbox.
A lot of people experience these type of
doubts one time or another in life…
“Dear Conrad,
What is the benefit of spiritual/personal growth? What is there to gain? Note I don’t mean it negatively.
I’m in the fifty years old, or young it depends on how you look at it.
I can tell you stories about my life. About compassion, love, losses, gratitude, regrets, etc.
It remain stories. Of success and failure.
The only thing which remains is the not knowing. The not knowing of how to do something or how to leave something.
It is making choices or have others make choices.
Behind every truth there lies another truth. According to different persons/ perspectives.
Pure emptiness, becoming dispassionate about my own story and that of others.
Beautiful words about connection, coincidence that doesn’t exist. Spiritual people who talk down other nationalities.
According to me, based on fear. Own people first?
Everything is love, whichever religion. Why than is the world the way she is?
Where does that love go when you don’t follow? Not give what is expected?
And how about money? When does it come to you? Storytellers with beautiful ideas, power, the right friends?
You know I’m open to many things, always have been. I like to learn many things. I’m also frustrated because I wonder if it makes any difference. Whatever you do or don’t do in your life. Eventually it are your own thoughts and emotions with which you are left behind.
And whatever you think about it is that of these to we don’t know where they are coming from. And why is it that we have precisely those thoughts/ emotions.
Meditation brings a temporary other awareness. Beautiful.
Yet, the world remains a chaos, at least until now. It has been going on like this for 2000 years at least.
When will the duality stop. When will the hunger stop, the war, the aggression? When will what we visualize come to us?
Practice patience in patience and waiting?
The years are passing. Not tomorrow, but now.
Now I would like to see results, feel, hear, smell, taste… experience.
For how long still… Do you know? Not only for myself, since who am I? But for humanity, mother earth, the animals, the cosmos?
With kind regards,
Riekie”
Well, I’m moved by a story like that…
I know this issue is one that sooner or later pops up for lots of people.
And that is a pity!
The only reason why these types of doubts rise to the surface, is because people don’t have a clear picture of the path of spiritual growth.
Why People Are Confused About Their Evolution And Spiritual Development?
A big part of the somewhat general knowledge about spiritual growth at this time, is a remainder from the hippy period. Vague translations, selective information without context, interpretations according to one’s own culture and more things that have diluted the information, have become the base for a new age spirituality.
The feel good – pink glasses approach to spirituality, where some nice elements from here and some nice elements from there are thrown together, without much coherency… is the way to confusion.
It is definitely not the way to get the results which are within the human potential on the path of spiritual growth.
Not only that, it is also due missing a rational framework, that people:
1) don’t know what they are looking for or should be looking for
If you don’t know where you are going, what your destination is… how could you ever find the way to get there?
Very difficult… unless you stumble upon it by pure coincidence, luck, preparation from past lives and/or a dose of good karma.
2) can’t see the forest for the trees
If there is no coherency, no rational framework, no blueprint of the path… then the whole process plays in the form of collecting information, learning techniques, receiving insights… like you are collecting lots of pieces from a puzzle… only the puzzle is never put together.
This way you can collect hundreds of visions or theories, where you follow one theory for one week and another one the next month, and yet another one the month after that…without ever gaining a clear overview.
Let alone consistent practical application being possible… while just in that lays the key to real growth.
Some of the things you mention that disturb you, are stemming from an interpretation of that new age spiritual soup… now there is nothing wrong with that if those are your values and ideals… but you cannot confuse them with spiritual growth in itself.
For example the part about spiritual people there attitude towards other nationalities…
I have met some really advanced spiritual figures, of whom I especially recollect the xenophobe part. There was this Chinese guy for example who, within his lineage of spiritual development, had a not so nice attitude towards the not Chinese. While it being not so nice, I cannot judge him about this from out of my own culture/ views, I can only have understanding and accept this by trying to understand his behavior from within his culture and traditions.
How About Money?
Money, money is simple, like I explain in The Evolution Manifesto. Money is just a way to standardize the exchange of value. If you want money to come, you just find a value which can be a appraised in monetary terms. Do you want more money? Then you just find out how you can ad more value for more people.
The law of attraction groupies sometimes forget to point out the importance of taking action. And with that I don’t mean the action of hanging pictures of your dreams and desires on your wall and such.
Another problem I see rising up in that field, is that there are all these ‘attraction experts’ popping up like mushrooms out of the ground. Under whom mainly people who know some mental principles, yet have totally no clue about how the mind works and its influence on the physical reality.
Instead of helping you in practice on your path of spiritual growth, they fill your head with increasingly more ideas, laws and rules. Instead of first critically studying them , testing them, and learn from their own experiences and research how the mind operates, they focus themselves on selling stories.
Eventually this is easier. And it sells better to, since people have become accustomed to collecting theoretical principles and making their heads more full…instead of first training their mind and body and gain the results they are really after.
War and such will probably not be ending anywhere soon (it has been going on since the time of the first people, much more than 2000 years). What can change is your role in it and your response to it.
How To Get Results NOW
The way to get results now…is to stop collecting theories about spirituality and instead focus on the practical spiritual development.
The scientific process where one first formulates a theory and then test it within the strict framework of the available knowledge at that time, is not useful for spiritual growth…
For spiritual development it is better to first have the practical experience yourself and based on that formulate a theory and then test it.
Not having results with visualizing? Keep doing the same thing and yet expect another result, seems not really useful. Give another technique a try for a while and notice when you are having results. Next you can analyze the underlying factors… and then optimize those.
The faster route is of course learning them from people who have already experienced the result in practise.
I have spend the last years searching for the practical steps in the process of spiritual growth.
A big part of my time was spend on searching people who had already accomplished the step I was looking for and were willing to teach me.
This is not so self evident as you might think. Contrary to what lots of people think, it is not so that these people are lining up to teach others or share their knowledge and experience with others.
Over the last years I have spend a lot of money and time on travelling, translations and such.
Sometimes I lived and ate in the house of my spiritual teachers, which allowed me to witness first hand how they lived and what they were doing from morning until evening.
Sometimes I slept in remote areas in the jungle or on the floor outside temples. Nothing was to much in search of the truth.
I had the good fortune and blessing that I could go through the practical training in a bunch of systems. This allowed me to study them from within, gain my own experiences and compare the different styles of development. Because of this I could test my theories and adjust them, based on real world hands on results. In several of these there had never been any Westerners going through the training.
Where Does It Al Ends Up
I have compared the complete trajectory of spiritual development in numerous philosophies and religions. I found that there is a common line.
Where there is a clear starting point and a likely end stage.
Not every system allows you to reach the same level of development on that path.
Different systems attain a different maximum level of attainment, a maximum level of growth which can be reached.
In other words, the ultimate stage of spiritual growth that can be attained in different systems, is not the same.
If you really want to go the full way, you need to know what the steps are, and which system can bring you to what step of the ladder.
Personal development is automatic side effect of climbing the ladder of spiritual growth.
What Are The Advantages Of Spiritual Growth?
Ultimately the only benefit over time is an increasingly greater understanding of reality (what is real and what is not) and an increasingly greater control over that reality.
The benefits of going through the true process of spiritual development, become evident in the latent potential in the power of the mind, paranormal or supernatural powers.
In each of the different paths in which the process of spiritual growth advances beyond a certain level, the practitioners will gain access to paranormal abilities or supernatural powers.
In several ancient texts these are described with words like: “perfections”, “accomplishments”, “successes”.
Which is an indication of them being considered as a positive result of going through a certain trajectory.
They are nothing more than a natural result of the increased insight and control over reality. The last is the real goal of spiritual growth. The awakening of these extra abilities is not the main goal, but they have the potential of making reaching the main goal easier if they are applied towards that.
I see over and over again that after people have developed a certain paranormal power and they test it in the real world for the first time… how fast they start to see it as something normal, just like when you first learn how to ride a bicycle or how to swim… that it becomes something you find normal pretty quickly.
The eventual end result according to me (at the time of writing this…) is self realization, in the sense of having total insight in to reality, accompanied with total control over that reality.
The increasing level of control follows out of the increasing levels of insight into the nature of reality. The more insight you have in how reality operates, the more control you can have in this process.
There is a difference between insight in the form of dry knowledge and insight that is derived from deep realisation through your own experience.
By reading ten or one hundred books on how to swim, you would still not be able to do it. You can only learn how to swim by going into the water.
It is up to you if you go in and if you jump in, go in carefully one toe at a time, slide in graciously, fall in or let yourself be pushed in.
So the specific advantage that you can obtain in your life depends thus on up to which step of the ladder of spiritual development you have climbed. But these advantages already become available in a practical way on the first couple of steps in the form of telepathy, clairvoyance, remote viewing… an improved emotional stability and well-being, a greater insight in your unique situation at this time, inner piece, overcoming obstacles more easy, increased energy levels… and more.
It is available to all, but at the same time it is up to each individual to go through the necessary steps.
Karma seems to play a role in this: the reaction to every action (in thought, speech, and doing). And this across several lives, when you suppose that consciousness survives after the death of the current physical form and can take on a physical form once more later on.
That role becomes apparent through the rising of hindrances, obstacles, in daily life to achieving exponentially higher levels of insight and control over reality.
Ultimately there are no obstacles; they are only steps on the stair.
Everyone arrives in this life with a certain optimal trajectory, one which will allow for you, in your specific situation, to achieve higher and higher levels of insight and control over reality. The degree to which you bring your life in line with your optimal path in life, dictates how fluent you can go through the process.
